This world-renowned stadium project was brokered between Mott MacDonald and Buckingham Contracting Group, alongside Populous Architects, who required expedited design, procurement and installation of 62 double laminated structural glass panels spanning 420 sq.m. Each panel is bonded using stainless steel glazing restraints into bespoke head and cill frames following the stadium’s curvature. Installation was via roped access 20m above the pitch providing a safe inclined façade to the new Skybridge Hospitality Suite.
